| 3. PACKING |
| Bales
of ( 30 ? 0,3 kg), packed in EVA film ( Vicat softening
temperature) up to 85 ?C) or not marked PE film of Tc grade
( high or 1st) according to GOST 10354.
Rubber bales packed in film are stacked on special metal
or wooden pallets. |
4.
MARKING |
4.1
Transport marking is applied on each cargo piece and should
contain the following information:
-enterprise – manufacturer name and its trade name;
- name of consignee
- order No
- destination
- No. of cargo piece and number of boxes;
- gross and net weight;
- make date ( month, year).
Marking such as “ Avoid heating”,
“Avoid humidity” is applied as well. |
5.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE |
5.1
Transportation of CBK – 139 shall be accomplished
by any kind of transport in conformity with the Rules in
force for cargo transportation by this type of transport.
5.2 The rubber is stored at the warehouse
of the manufacturer or consumer at the temperature not higher
than 30 ?C in places protected from contamination, direct
sunrays and atmospheric precipitation effect.
Storage period is 1 year from the manufacturing date. |
6.
PRODUCT SAFETY |
Chlorinated
butyl rubber is not toxic, refers to low hazard class 4
products, nonexplosive, self uninflammable. During transportation,
storage and use special precautions and safety regulations
are not required.
