Buyer issues LOI on buyer's letter head
• Seller issues FCO and draft contract to the buyer
for approval, signing and seal
• Hard copy of contract are exchanged between buyer
and seller via e-communication/fax and courier on demand
• Buyer send via banking way POF in exchange with POP
• Buyer's bank issues Non-Operative LC to Seller's bank
• Seller's bank issue 3% PB in favor of the buyer to
activate buyer's LC
• Shipment commence according to contract and continue
until full contract quantity is shipped and delivered
